John Higgins started his career in the PGA in 1998. Since then he has given 100's of lessons to Juniors, Ladies, Beginners, Top Level Amateurs and PGA Professionals. Over the years of teaching John has realized that a lot of the "problems" his students encounter can be traced back to bad fundamentals...Posture, Grip, or Alignment.
John has been the Head Golf Professional and/or General Manager of 2 courses in the Charlotte area, Emerald Lake Golf Club and The Charlotte Golf Links.
John is currently on staff with Titleist. His low score is 63 at Emerald Lake GC, and has 1 Hole-in-one (Hole #7 at Emerald Lake GC).
Originally from Spokane, Wa. John and his wife Vanessa have been in the Charlotte area since 1998. When not playing or teaching golf John enjoys watching sports...Washington Redskins, Pittsburgh Penguins, San Francisco Giants, and Boston Celtics.
